Terms of Service for Berries

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Berries (the "Game"), developed and published by Reaver Dev ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and play Berries for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms.

3. Epic Online Services & Account Conduct

Multiplayer services in Berries are facilitated by Epic Online Services (EOS). When playing online, you agree to:

• Comply with the Epic Games Community Rules and Terms of Service.
• Refrain from using third-party cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or exploits that disrupt fair play.
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or malicious interference with other players.

4. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, code, character designs, artwork, audio, and gameplay mechanics of Berries belong exclusively to Reaver Dev. Epic Games, Epic Online Services, and their logos are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Reaver Dev does not guarantee uninterrupted multiplayer availability or error-free gameplay.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reaver Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Game.
